fix logging

Logging is still a bit of a mess, it's possible that the "summary" should be it's own separate file for easier access, main log could be renamed to "debug-log" or something like that. It's a lot of information, and could be more in that case without affecting user access to other information.

Custom scripts could do a better job of logging information.
